Do your products contain any animal products or by-products?

Our products are 100% organic, vegan-friendly, and cruelty-free. We do NOT use any animal components and/or by-products.

Where is your products manufactured?

All of our products are made and manufactured in Australia and China. Our mission is to source the highest-quality natural ingredients and potent extracts, Australia does a grade job with producing those. After production, our shipping is handled directly from our warehouse in China, United States.

How long does shipping take?

In general, you can expect your packages to be delivered according to the following table, based on shipping destination:

U.S. Domestic: 7 - 20 business days, delivered using UPS or DHL

United Kingdom: 20 - 35 business days, delivered using Royal Mail

All other international: 20 - 45 business days.

How do I receive multiple item order?

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

Are the essential oils used inside the mask safe during pregnancy?

Within our mask, the three essential oils are at a combined concentration of less than 0.5% (i.e. considered very dilute & safe). We always recommend that during pregnancy that the mask (and any other product, or not) is patch / spot tested before use. As well as this, please consult with your local GP or Doctor prior to applying.

Is it suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Our products are suitable for all skin types. For those prone to dry or sensitive skin to use 2-3 times a week.

How often should I use the Clay Mask, Cream, Oil, Serum?

This depends on what you are trying to achieve! If battling dark spots/hyperpigmentation or acne, we recommend starting with 3 times per week. You are safe to use it every day if you feel the need. To maintain a healthy glow, we suggest once or twice a week ongoing.

Am I still able to use product as my skin gets irritated easily?

Yes! It is made from the highest quality, natural ingredients, designed to suit even the most sensitive skin. If you’re worried or have specific skin concerns, we recommend consulting with your doctor or testing the mask on a small patch of your skin to see how it reacts.

What happens if I'm not happy about the product/service?

We are sorry to hear that you need a refund! please learn about Refund Policy and how to submit a request.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If your parcel is not collected at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us. If you would then like a refund, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the cost incurred getting it back to us.

Will I have to pay duties and VAT charges?

If you are located in EU, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. We has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government/border security and customs office. If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, Inspiringmart Skincare™ agrees to refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).
